Material sourcing and tracking
Vendor coordination
Purchase order management
Project-related procurement workflows

We do not manufacture, supply, or guarantee the performance of any third-party materials or services.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Use of Platform

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes

5. Procurement Disclaimer

The Platform facilitates procurement but does not control or guarantee:

Vendor performance

Delivery timelines
Pricing accuracy

All procurement decisions and contracts are solely between users and their selected vendors.

6. No Professional Advice

Information provided through the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute:

Engineering advice
Legal advice
Safety or compliance certification

Users are responsible for verifying all materials, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

7. Payments and Fees

Fees for use of the Platform will be disclosed separately
All payments are due in accordance with agreed billing terms
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

We are not responsible for payment disputes between users and third-party vendors.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and design of the Platform are owned by the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion of the Platform without written consent.

9. Data and Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of data necessary to provide services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for use of the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
